  There are several kinds to observe this:-
  • Performance -  If you want a better performance in cheap price then you have to buy a computer. In this situation, the laptop can not handle the performance at a cheap price as compared to the computer. 
  • Price - Laptop is costly and doesn't give better specification . on another hand if a computer is in 30,000 Rs. then its specs and performance can compete for a higher-priced laptop.
  • Portability - We can carry our laptop anywhere if we are going outside but we can not take our computer outside because it has many parts and it uses AC electricity.
   #Opinion - If you are a student or you work in an office then you should buy a laptop because of potable and if you want portability then you should go for a laptop. And if work in a proper place like a blogger or Youtuber then you should buy a computer.
